We're looking for an HVAC Technician in Grapevine, TX to spearhead the launch of a brand-new HVAC division within an already successful and fast-growing plumbing company. Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Technician position include:- 7-10 years of HVAC experience, with a strong background in both residential service and installation- Hold an EPA Universal Certification and a clean driving record- Lead service calls, conduct repairs, and perform diagnostics with professionalism and efficiency- Oversee and assist HVAC installations while managing small crews when needed- Collaborate with ownership on sourcing equipment, vendor relationships, and department growth- Help drive the future expansion into commercial HVAC services- Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to manage logistics independently- Comfortable working 40-50 hours per week with occasional weekends as operations ramp upSalary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
