Part-Time Administrative Assistant
PLEASE NOTE:
- It is a 100% Onsite position in Stafford, TX.
- Schedule: Part-Time (25 Hours/Week)
ROLE SUMMARY:
Looking for a reliable, on-site Administrative Assistant to support the Finance Department. This is a steady part-time role ideal for someone with strong organizational habits and the ability to communicate clearly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and organizing documents within the Finance department.
- Handle basic email correspondence and answer phone calls professionally; act as a point of contact for internal staff queries.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite daily (specifically Outlook for scheduling/emails, Word for documents, and Excel for basic data input).
- Assist the team with general administrative projects as they arise.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must speak and write clearly and professionally.
- Comfortable using a computer, specifically Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be punctual and able to work on-site in Stafford for the scheduled hours.
- Eager to help, organized, and able to work independently once trained.
