At Harmony At Home Senior Care, we provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. As a part-time caregiver, you'll have the flexibility to work the days and hours that fit your life, all while building meaningful connections and making a difference with every visit.

What You'll Actually Do:

As a caregiver, you'll support individuals in their homes with everyday tasks, routines, and companionship. Your impact is personal and powerful you're not just providing care; you're bringing comfort and peace of mind.

Personal Care & Support:

• Assist with grooming, dressing, toileting, and bathing as needed
• Help clients move safely throughout the home (mobility support, transfers)
• Encourage independence while offering consistent safety

Homemaking:

• Perform light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, tidying, sweeping
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and well-organized
• Help create a comfortable home environment for the client

Meal Prep & Nutrition:

• Prepare simple meals or snacks according to client needs
• Encourage hydration and healthy eating habits
• Assist with feeding when necessary

Routine & Safety Monitoring:

• Provide medication reminders
• Help follow daily schedules or care plans
• Be a watchful eye for signs of illness or discomfort

Companionship & Emotional Connection:

• Talk, listen, play games, or go for short walks (if client is able)
• Be a reliable presence to reduce loneliness and build trust
• Help clients feel respected and supported

We're Looking for People Who:

• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Can pass a background check and drug screen
• Have previous caregiving experience OR a genuine passion to learn
• Show up on time, ready to give their best every shift
• Are dependable, compassionate, and committed to client care

We are currently hiring caregivers in and around: Plano, Garland, Richardson, Dallas, Fort Worth, Grand Prairie, Irving, Mesquite, Duncanville, Arlington, and surrounding cities.
