Regional Sales Manager
Qualifications: - Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in education or related industries. - Strong understanding of the K-12 education landscape, particularly challenges faced by school districts. - Ability to build relationships with school administrators and district decision-makers. - Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. - Ability to travel regularly within your assigned territory. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience selling educational services, such as tutoring, staffing, curriculum solutions, or other related services. - Familiarity with the challenges faced by under-resourced schools and the benefits of high-dosage tutoring.
