How You'll Help Us Connect the World: As a Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS, as part of the Server & Cloud Infra division. You will work closely with application architects, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to integrate cloud-native solutions, support migration initiatives, and advance our cloud governance. This role is hybrid based in Richardson, TX. You Will Make an Impact By: Designing and implementing secure, scalable, and reliable cloud architectures in Azure and AWS Leading cloud migration initiatives from on-premises or legacy systems to cloud platforms Collaborating with application architects and DevOps engineers to integrate infrastructure-as-code practices Evaluating and recommending cloud services and tools to meet performance, cost, and compliance goals Developing and maintaining cloud governance policies, cost management strategies, and compliance frameworks Creating high- and low-level architectural documentation, diagrams, and deployment plans Acting as a subject matter expert for cloud initiatives, mentoring engineers and interfacing with stakeholders Monitoring industry trends to ensure the company is leveraging best-in-class cloud technologies Required Qualifications for Consideration: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience with at least 3 years in a cloud architect role Hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions on both Azure and AWS Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates) Strong understanding of networking, identity & access management, and cloud security Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tooling, and monitoring/logging platforms You Will Excite Us If You: Cloud certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-account strategies Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of serverless computing and API management Why ANDREW?
