We are currently seeking a Strategy and Operations Senior Director for Global Alliances -Remote to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Strategy and Operations Lead:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Strategy & Operations Lead to support the SVP of Global Strategic Alliances at NTT DATA. This role will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment across our global alliance ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic consulting experience and hands-on operational execution within the systems integrator (SI) industry.

Locarion: Remote within the US

Role and Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the SVP to define and drive strategic priorities, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and alliance partner objectives.
• Business Performance Management: Design and manage performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to monitor alliance health and drive data-driven decisions.
• Operational Cadence: Lead the rhythm of the business including weekly staff meetings, quarterly business reviews, and executive reporting. Ensure timely follow-through on action items and alignment across stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between the alliances team and internal functions such as sales, marketing, finance, and delivery to ensure seamless execution of joint initiatives.
• Market & Partner Intelligence: Conduct competitive and partner landscape analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Program Management: Oversee the execution of key alliance programs and initiatives, ensuring milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and outcomes are delivered.
• Executive Communications: Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and strategic narratives for internal and external executive audiences.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and repeatability across alliance operations.
• Talent & Resource Planning: Support hiring, onboarding, and resource planning efforts to scale the team in alignment with strategic goals.
• Special Projects: Lead or support high-impact, cross-functional initiatives as directed by the SVP, often involving executive-level visibility and tight timelines.

Experience & Minimum Requirements

• 10+ years of total professional experience, including:
• 2–3 years in a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture Strategy).
• 5+ years in operational or program management roles within the SI or technology services industry.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility.
• Experience working with or supporting strategic alliances, partnerships, or ecosystem teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for key meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and executive presence; able to influence across levels and functions.
• Familiarity with alliance ecosystems such as Salesforce, SAP, Databricks, and cloud hyperscalers is a plus.

Basic required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience supporting an Executive set strategies, created executive presentations and use Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
