Traveling Retail Construction Superintendent

We are a General Retail Contractor based in Fort Worth, TX that service retailers nationwide with tenant finish-out, remodels, and special projects. We are seeking a Superintendent with experience in retail construction to join our team! Responsibilities: * Oversee all aspects of construction project from start to completion while onsite. * Supervise onsite personnel, vendors, and subcontractors * Interface with project managers, inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients. * Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications. Qualifications: * Must be willing to travel; 100% travel position . * Previous relevant experience: tenant finish out or remodels. * Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel. * Strong leadership qualities. * Deadline and detail-oriented.
