The Role:
As a Service Technician , you’ll diagnose and repair luxury vehicles, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You'll work with advanced technology and tools while continuing to build on your expertise.
Requirements
- Diagnose and repair European luxury and performance vehicles (Jaguar, Land Rover, etc.), ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in European vehicle technology through ongoing training and technical service bulletins
- Use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Provide clear, professional communication with customers regarding vehicle issues, services, and repairs
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of technicians and service advisors to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and company policies
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with European vehicles (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of European automotive systems, including advanced diagnostics and repair techniques
- Ability to work with factory-level diagnostic tools and vehicle-specific software
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to customers in a clear, concise manner
- A strong passion for high-end vehicles and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check and drug test)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
