Market Access Manager
As Market Access Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and sustainable patient access to Lundbeck's innovative portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Market Access & Public Affairs, you will lead local market access initiatives across the product lifecycle, from launch preparation to lifecycle management. Working closely with Global Pricing & Market Access and cross-functional colleagues, you will develop pricing and reimbursement strategies, coordinate submissions to French health authorities and generate the evidence needed to demonstrate the value of our medicines. This is a highly visible position that combines strategic thinking, external stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to support Lundbeck's long-term growth and, most importantly, improve patient outcomes. You will join the Market Access & Public Affairs team, working alongside experienced colleagues who are passionate about expanding access to innovative neuroscience treatments.

What you bring to the team
You are a strategic thinker who combines strong analytical skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and translate complex evidence into compelling value propositions. You likely bring:
- A Master's degree in Health Economics, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Economics or a related discipline.
- Solid experience in Market Access within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong knowledge of the French pricing, reimbursement and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) environment, including experience preparing reimbursement submissions.
- Fluency in both French and English.
