Department Support Specialist I
Job Responsibilities:
- Essential Skills: Background in customer service is crucial for the role. Experience with order to cash systems, Salesforce, and the energy market would be advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Basic Excel skills are necessary, and familiarity with Salesforce and order to cash systems is beneficial. Knowledge of the energy market is also a plus.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills are important for the role, as the position requires managing and executing cases independently.
- Work Environment and Schedule: The role is primarily remote, with one day a week in the office. The preferred office location is near Houston, but candidates can work from any Constellation office. The work hours are 8:00 to 5:00, adjusted to the local time zone of the office location.
- Experience and Education Requirements: There is no specific minimum years of experience or degree required; experience is preferred over education.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, MS Office
- Strong verbal skills preferred
- Good organizational skills
- Attention to detail and good proof-reading skills.
- Self-starter.
