Production Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Third Shift ( Sunday through Saturday from 06:00pm to 06:30am )

• Operating machinery: They use various machines like slicers, grinders, ovens, conveyors, and sealers.
• Monitoring production: They ensure the food production process is running smoothly and that quality standards are being met.
• Maintaining cleanliness: They keep the production area and equipment clean and sanitary to prevent contamination.
• Quality control: They may perform basic quality checks to ensure the final product meets standards.
• Packaging and labeling: They package and label food products for distribution.
• Following safety protocols: They adhere to food safety regulations and procedures.
• Weighing and mixing ingredients: They measure and combine ingredients according to recipes.
• Adjusting production settings: They may adjust temperatures, flow rates, and pressures on equipment.
• Reporting problems: They report any issues with equipment or production processes to supervisors.

Production Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Additionally, these workers need strong communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and a passion for cleanliness and quality.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
