Warehouse Packer

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven entry-level Warehouse Packer to join our growing logistics team. As a key member of the warehouse staff, the Warehouse Packer is responsible for responsible for preparing and packaging products for shipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and locate items from inventory based on order requirements.

Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.

Securely pack items into appropriate containers, ensuring proper cushioning and protection.

Label packages accurately with shipping information and record relevant data.

Keep products separated, organized, and accessible.

Ensure timely completion of packing tasks to meet shipping deadlines.

Operate warehouse equipment (i.e. dolly, pallet wrapper, palletizer, forklift, and electrical pallet jacks).

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

Follow the best practices of manufacturing and proper safety requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma/GED and at least one year of experience in a similar industry or role.

Accurate and meticulous in selecting, packing, and labeling items.

Able to lift, carry, and move items of varying weights.

Carefully adhere to packing procedures and safety protocols.

Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to meet production goals.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.

Ability to count, measure, and record quantities.

May be required to use computer systems for inventory management and order processing.

Category: Full-time, 40 hours/week
