Position Highlights :

- Only dedicated pediatric hospital within 200 miles; robust case volume
- Dedicated pediatric ORs with expansion plans and ongoing capital investment
- Flexible weekly template; shared 1:4 call with locums support
- Schedule Flexibility:
- Protected admin day
- Ability to influence clinical and OR schedule
- Program Building:
- Ability to develop specialty-focused clinic within the Multispecialty Center
- Robotics supported; hospital will invest in equipment and training as needed

- Strong pediatric referral base with established community relationships
- APP support model with physician extender integration

Compensation & Benefits :

Qualifications :
- Degree: Completion of a four-year M.D. or D.O. degree program and medical residency
- Certifications: ACGME-approved fellowship in Pediatric Surgery
- Experience: New and experienced providers welcome to apply
