HR Strategic Project Manager

As an HR Strategic Project Manager II , you'll manage medium- to large-scale projects for the HR Technology and Analytics department by developing project plans, schedules, risk mitigation plans, and controlling their activities. We are looking for: - Bachelor's degree; experience project management and change control
What is the work? - Manages and documents strategic project / logistical responsibilities related to HR Technology and People Analytics
- Develops project plans in conjunction with project leader / business sponsor that include project schedules and risk mitigation plans; identifies internal / external resources that support project completion
- Coordinates / leads execution of the work across teams
- Leads communications related to project work and change management
- Manages prioritization process and maintains product roadmap(?)
- Supports project documentation and change control
- Ensures processes are defined and executed for project measurements and evaluations
- Pulls together and reports out on metrics; tells a story with data
What is your background? - Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience managing complex projects
- 2-5 years of experience with Agile prioritization models such as WSJF
- 2-5 years of experience cloud release management, prioritization of enhancement requests and roadmap management
- Prior experience with Tableau
- Prior Project Management experience with Workday HCM implementation strongly preferred
- Prior experience managing structured Change Control process strongly preferred
- Knowledge and experience with data migration, data lakes, data warehouse

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between projects / tasks
