Location: Conroe, TX (4 weeks) + Tomball, TX (12 weeks)
Type: Temporary Assignment (16 Weeks Total)

Pay: $30–$80/hour (Depending on structure and experience)

A pediatric outpatient private practice is seeking a CCC-SLP for a structured 16-week temporary placement beginning in late October . This position includes 4 weeks at the Conroe, TX location , followed by 12 weeks in Tomball, TX to provide maternity coverage for the site’s Clinical Manager.

Assignment Overview

• Week 1–4: Conroe, TX

  • Treatment-heavy caseload

  • Pediatric-focused, in-clinic only

  • Level 1 feeding experience is a bonus

• Week 5–16: Tomball, TX

  • 12-week maternity leave coverage

  • Increased evaluation responsibilities

  • Opportunity to support a high-functioning clinical team during manager leave

• Clinic Setting: Private pediatric outpatient practice

• Caseload: Ages birth to 18, with a variety of speech and language needs

Compensation Options

W-2 Pay Per Visit (PPV):

• $30–$40 per 30-minute treatment session (based on experience)

• $80 per evaluation (1 hour)

• $25/hour for required meetings

1099 Contractor:

• $30 per 30-minute treatment session

• $80 per evaluation

Preferred Qualifications

• CCC-SLP required

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology License

• Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience (CF experience considered if strong)

• Comfortable with evaluation-heavy caseloads

• Level 1 feeding experience preferred (Conroe caseload)

• Able to adapt to different clinic environments and workflows
