Secret Clearance - Administrative Support / Information Specialist

Position Summary Provide administrative and information management support across client operations, including policy implementation, program evaluation, staff training, records and information management, and event support in accordance with federal standards. Key Responsibilities - Assist with creating and implementing administrative management policies and procedures.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provide training and technical assistance to staff.
- Support information and records management practices and compliance.
- Use IT programs, databases, and systems to support daily operations.
- Provide on-site AV technical support during events (connectivity, presentation/media access).
- Set up and reset conference, board, or training rooms.
- Provide administrative services such as office management, facilities management, HR, and/or security.
- Ensure excellent written and verbal communications and quality customer service.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines; identify and resolve complex problems.
Required Qualifications - At least 5 years of administrative management or relevant work experience.
- Experience creating and implementing administrative policies and procedures.
- Experience evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements.
- Experience providing training and technical assistance to staff.
- Experience in information and records management.
- Proficiency with a variety of IT programs, databases, and computerized systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; commitment to innovative, quality customer service.
- Physical ability to move a large number of files and/or file boxes.
- Experience with federal travel regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or information management and/or related certifications preferred.
