Senior Growth Manager
We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Growth Manager to own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, revenue planning, and partner enablement for our Sage Intacct Value-Added Reseller (VAR) channel. This channel is a key growth engine for Sage Intacct, helping us extend our reach into mid-market organizations that rely on powerful, scalable cloud financials and ERP solutions.
As the Intacct VAR portfolio grows, so does the complexity of aligning channel sales, partner marketing, and product teams to deliver predictable growth. The Senior Manager will tackle this challenge head-on—driving focused execution, strengthening collaboration with top VAR partners, and ensuring accurate forecasting. Your work will directly impact market share expansion and maximize customer lifetime value. This role requires 3 days in office. (Austin, Atlanta or Lawrenceville)What You’ll Do: • Lead GTM strategy for the Intacct VAR channel, aligning initiatives with Sage Intacct’s ICP and growth goals. • Own revenue planning and forecasting, partnering with Commercial Ops, Finance, and Channel Sales to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and drive timely course corrections. • Develop ICP-driven growth frameworks to help VARs target, acquire, and expand high-fit accounts. • Design and deliver scalable enablement programs, co-selling motions, and co-marketing campaigns that accelerate pipeline and deal velocity. • Collaborate cross-functionally to remove execution blockers and ensure VARs have clear messaging, sales plays, and product positioning. • Advise leadership on planning, territory strategy, partner health, and business development initiatives. • Drive process and tool improvements to enhance forecasting, decision-making, and partner accountability. • Represent the VAR channel in leadership reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations. What you'll bring: • 5+ years in Channel GTM Strategy, Product Marketing, Partner Enablement, Revenue Ops, or Sales Ops, ideally in SaaS or ERP. • Proven success growing revenue through VAR partnerships and aligning channel efforts to an ICP. • Strong understanding of mid-market buyers, Sage Intacct’s market, and channel growth levers. • Experience in pipeline forecasting, revenue planning, and QBR frameworks. • Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively at all levels. • Analytical mindset to turn data into actionable growth strategies.
