You will be tasked with resolving our customers' hardest problems. You will troubleshoot customer networks in real time, decipher logs, recreate issues in our sophisticated labs, work with Cisco Engineering to find, investigate and fix software and hardware bugs, and more.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a certification or degree program (e.g., Associates, Apprenticeship, Boot Camp, or Certification in a specialized program) + 3 years of relevant experience, High School Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience, Bachelors + 2 years of relevant experience or Masters + 0 years of relevant experience
• Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Working knowledge of layer 2 / layer 3 protocols and technologies, including: Spanning Tree, DHCP, Routing Protocols (OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, BGP), Multicast, MPLS, IWAN, QoS, VLAN and VTP, Etherchannel, VSS, SPAN / RSPAN
• Evidence of continuous and self-guided learning in a technology field, which could include online courses, certifications, or documented self-study.
• Legally authorized to live and work in the country for which you’re applying, without the need for visa support or sponsorship
