As a member of the administrationteam, this positionsupports and is involved in all aspects of day-to-day turnkey construction operations including order entry, billing, purchasingand providing coordinationwithin the various areas of the company. These areas include Shipping and Receiving, and Production, Special Orders and Purchasing, Service, Installed Sales, EWP (engineeredwood products), Pricing, Credit and Technical Services. Day to Day:

- Special Orders (Ordering, Processing, and Monitoring)

- Coordination of Production and Shipping
- Service Department
- Technical Services

- Ability to appropriately prioritize tasks to meet varied and conflicting organization demands.

- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Proficientwith Microsoft Office Suite or relatedsoftware.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer and phone.
