Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with referrals, company leads, and existing clients in a timely manner
- Conduct virtual and in-person consultations with prospective clients and organizations
- Use company tools, systems, and training resources throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of enrollments and client interactions
- Follow company guidelines and industry compliance standards
- Continue developing communication, sales, and product knowledge skills
