Senior Product Manager

Our client is an established payments company that has built a strong reputation in the fintech space for delivering reliable, scalable payment solutions to its customer base. The company has grown into a trusted name within the industry, known for combining technical depth with a strong product driven culculture. As the business continues to mature and expand its product offerings, it requires an experienced Senior Product Manager to help shape and execute on key areas of the roadmap. This Senior Product Manager role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer and leads a team of 2, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an established, high performing organization.
Compensation
- Base salary of $180,000 to $210,000.
- Performance bonus of up to 15%.

Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap execution for a core area of the payments platform.
- Lead and develop a team of 2, providing mentorship, direction, and performance management.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to define requirements and deliver high quality product outcomes.
- Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
- Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to inform ongoing product decisions.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, compliance, and go-to-market teams.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and post-launch iteration.
- Partner with the Chief Product Officer on long term product strategy and prioritization.
- Ensure product decisions align with regulatory and compliance requirements specific to payments.
- Communicate roadmap updates, timelines, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders across the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing product features based on market trends and competitive analysis.
- Champion a strong product culture, including sound prioritization frameworks and data driven decision making.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager, ideally within fintech or payments.
- Proven experience managing and developing a small product team.
- Strong understanding of the payments industry, including regulatory and compliance considerations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear product decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering directly with senior leadership.
- Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch.
- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in an agile environment.
- Strong prioritization and roadmap planning skills.
