• This role is designed for a CALIFORNIA Barred attorney. If you are a non-California attorney you may still be considered for our non-attorney sales role.

Who This Role Is Built For

You are a licensed attorney who already knows the truth:

• Explaining the law does not close deals
• Clients do not buy statutes, they buy confidence

You are done with:

• Court calendars
• Trials
• Arguing with judges for incremental wins

You want to:

• Sell
• Close
• Get paid based on performance

Final Reality Check

• This is not a soft landing from the law.
• If you are a lawyer who knows they can sell and wants to be paid for it, apply.
• If you still want to argue about the law, stay in court.

Compensation

• Base salary + 10% commission on all closed matters if licensed in CALIFORNIA
• Steady pipeline
• Remote role
• Clear guardrails and compliance training

$75,000 Base + 10% of Sales

• You are not practicing law.
• You are not giving legal advice.
• You are selling representation.

Your job is to:

• Lead consultations with authority and calm
• Identify urgency, risk, and emotional drivers fast
• Build trust by being decisive and likable
• Confidently ask for the close
• Collect retainers and set payment plans
• Hand off cleanly to the legal team

This is high-volume, high-trust, high-stakes sales .

You must be:

• Persistent: You do not fold at objections. You follow up. You stay in the deal.
• Confident: You are comfortable being the most confident person on the call. Not insecure. Not defensive. Just unbothered.
• Money-Motivated: You want commission. You want upside. You understand that the more people we help, also translates to compensation.
• Emotionally Intelligent: You can read the room. You know when to push and when silence does the work.
• Fast-Thinking: You use your script,s but you pivot in real time. You stay sharp across multiple calls per day. If you need time to think it through, this role will overwhelm you.

What You Will Not Be Doing

• Writing motions
• Appearing in court
• Explaining the law in detail
• Managing cases

Your legal knowledge gives you credibility, but your relationship and trust-building skills convert clients.
