Bi-lingual Receptionist
Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing, is seeking a bilingual Intake Coordinator to support a healthcare team with patient admissions, registration, and administrative coordination. Responsibilities
- Coordinate the admission and registration of incoming patients.
- Collect, verify, and process required patient information.
- Schedule appointments with the appropriate medical personnel.
- Complete paperwork and accurate data entry.
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and patient information.
- Answer phones and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential patient records.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Previous healthcare, medical office, intake, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
- Professional and compassionate when interacting with patients.
- Must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive patient and customer information.
We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and organized who understands the importance of protecting confidential information and providing excellent service to patients.
