Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

Key responsibilities:

• Operate and inspect flatbed tractors and trailers; ensure loads are properly secured, balanced, and tarped.
• Execute pre- and post-trip inspections, report defects, and perform basic preventative checks.
• Maintain accurate ELD/logs, comply with hours-of-service and DOT regulations, and coordinate deliveries with dispatch and customers.

Pay & Ownership: Drivers receive 80% of gross (typical weekly gross $7,500–$10,000) with a lease-to-own option in one year on 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner equipment.
