Location: Boerne, TX (In-Person)
Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Minimum 40 hours per week)
Start Date: Immediate

#### Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare bank deposits.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Assist with audit preparations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with management to review financial performance and resolve discrepancies.

#### What We're Looking For
✅ Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred).
✅ Experience: At least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software, plus Microsoft Office Suite.
✅ Attention to Detail: Strong ability to reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
✅ Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
✅ Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a professional environment.
✅ Knowledge: Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
