Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm , is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join its dynamic litigation team in Austin , Texas. This role offers the opportunity to engage in sophisticated commercial litigation matters and build a thriving practice in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
• Active Bar Admission in Texas , in good standing, is required .
• 3–5 years of substantive experience in sophisticated commercial litigation .
• A proactive mindset and entrepreneurial drive , with the ability to contribute meaningfully in high-stakes , fast-paced litigation environments.
• The ideal candidate will be an influential force with a strong , positive presence .
• Soft Skills: Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other court filings.
• Negotiate and draft commercial contracts as needed.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients and advocate effectively in court proceedings.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across practice groups to deliver excellent client service.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Compensation: Includes an annual salary range of $245,000 – $295,000 , determined by experience and market factors.

Eligibility for discretionary bonuses and incentive packages .
