We are one of the best-reviewed Massage/ Acupuncture bodywork studios located in Pasadena, California. Currently seeking Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team.

What we are offering:

Pay: $19 ~ $22. Weekday shift $19, Friday/Weekends $22.

This is a unique experience to work with a well oiled small business, with direct contact with the business owners on a daily basis.

We are aiming to open multiple establishments in 2024, and always looking to promote from within!

What we are looking for:

We are looking for both morning and night shift.

Morning Shift starts around 10:00am, ends between 2 ~ 5pm.

Night Shift starts between 2 ~ 5pm and ends around 8:45pm.

- Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin is a PLUS.- Willing to pick up and learn some Chinese Mandarin is a MUST.- Previous experience in a high-paced environment is desired.- Presentable, honest, hard-working.- Upbeat, energetic, smile a lot.- Detailed-oriented.- Fluent English Speaker with excellent verbal communication skills is REQUIRED.

What you will be doing:Managing the front desk which includes but is not limited to:- Answering phone calls.- Checking clients in and out.- Assigning clients to therapists.- Organizing and booking customers.- We also love to work with you to utilize your interest and strength.
