Position Title: Marketing & Communications Specialist

Location: Austin, Texas

Compensation: $35.00 - $39.00 / Hourly depending on experience

This Marketing & Communications Specialist is a hands-on contributor responsible for executing integrated communications that support business objectives and strengthen the corporate brand for our client. This candidate will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver clear, compelling messaging across multiple channels.

Technical Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, or similar
• Exceptional writing and editing skills (high-volume content production)
• Experience with speechwriting and/or executive ghostwriting
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
• Strong ability to translate complex business topics into clear, engaging messaging

Nice to haves skills:

• Experience working in a technology company
• Familiarity with tools such as Sprinklr and Meltwater
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism, or related field
• Experience with social media platforms and/or media relations
