Commercial HVAC Sales Specialist

What you'll do
Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, business owners, and commercial decision makers throughout Dallas-Fort Worth.
Sell commercial HVAC service agreements, typically ranging from $5,000 to $15,000 annually.
Identify and create new opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
Follow up on repair and replacement opportunities generated by service technicians.
Reactivate former customers and dormant accounts.
Conduct site visits and facility evaluations when necessary.
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility.
Work closely with ownership to improve sales strategy, process, and execution

3–5+ years of commercial HVAC Sales experience required
Proven hunter who generates their own opportunities
Experience selling service or maintenance agreements
Comfortable cold calling and networking
Has worked with property managers and facility managers
Strong CRM discipline
Demonstrated quota attainment or measurable sales success
Wants autonomy and long-term growth
