About the role

Our client is a US-based technology company focused on driving the next generation of vehicle and mobile technologies.

For them, w e are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter. You won't just be filling roles; you'll be building the future of our client. You'll be at the forefront of crafting innovative sourcing, attraction, and assessment strategies, influencing critical decisions, and ultimately, helping to ensure that our client remains an industry leader.

➡️ This is a temporary role (5 to 6 months) to cover maternity leave. Whilst there is a possibility of the contract being extended, it is not the most probable scenario. ⬅️

For this role, we're considering candidates anywhere in the Americas (North, Central, or South America)

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their goals and help them build their world-class teams.

• Build a strong network of potential hires so our client is always connected with the best talent in the industry.

• Take pride in providing a positive and respectful experience for every candidate.

• Set our client's interview teams up for success with the right tools and support to make confident hiring decisions.

• Use Greenhouse (ATS) to build out assessment scorecards and manage the hiring process.

• Bring it all together by successfully closing offers and welcoming new hires to our client.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Experience

• Excellent, near-native spoken and written English

• 5-7 years of experience in client-facing recruiting roles

• A proven track record of successfully placing professionals in tech, data science, product management, sales, finance, and other key areas.

• You pride yourself on building relationships and partnering with business leadership

• You can work in the gray, pivot, and remain flexible

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

What we offer

• Totally remote, full-time (40h/week)

• US-based office work hours (ET is best, but can range from PT to ET)

• Temporary (5 to 6 months) contractor agreement
