Data Scientist (Senior)

Base salary in the range of $170,000 to $220,000 plus significant equity. Minimum Experience Required: 7+ years of relevant experience, including leadership experience. Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor work visas at this time. Location: 100% Remote.

The Opportunity: We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead our data science initiatives. You will design and implement advanced machine learning models, drive data-driven strategies, and mentor junior team members. What You'll Do:

• Lead the development of advanced machine learning models.

• Design and execute complex data analysis projects.

• Mentor and guide junior data scientists.

• Collaborate with engineers to deploy models to production.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in data science.

• Expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling.

• Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).

• Experience with large datasets and distributed computing.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field.
