Bookkeeper

Automation Personnel Services is hiring an experienced Bookkeeper for a well-established Printer Sales and Repair company in Addison, TX. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working independently while supporting day-to-day financial operations.

Pay Rate

$25.00–$32.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

Monday through Friday

8:00am to 6:00pm (Some Saturdays)

Bookkeeper Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily bookkeeping and financial data entry
• Manage Accounts Payable(AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger entries
• Process invoices payments, and expense reports
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding billing discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information
• Perform additional accounting or administrative duties as assigned

Bookkeeper Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous bookkeeper or accounting experience required
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial reports
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
