Job Title: PeopleSoft Administrator (Finance & Security)

Location: Seattle, WA / Plano, TX (Onsite/Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator with strong expertise in PeopleSoft Finance and Security Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing security, system configuration, and supporting enterprise-level PeopleSoft environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain PeopleSoft Finance modules with strong functional understanding

Execute and maintain PeopleSoft security structure, including roles, permission lists, and user profiles

Create and manage dynamic security groups, roles, and queries

Handle user provisioning, access requests, and security changes

Synchronize security roles with portal navigation and menus

Maintain Query Access Manager and test security changes before production deployment

Support PeopleSoft upgrades, perform impact analysis, and retrofit custom security roles

Maintain and update security documentation and processes

Respond to audit requests and support internal/external security audits

Troubleshoot interfaces, workflows, and module-related issues

Configure and manage Process Groups, Web Libraries, and Web Services

Work with DBAs and network teams to ensure end-to-end security compliance

Perform compare reports during upgrades and migrations

Required Skills:

Strong experience in PeopleSoft Administration (Finance + Security)

Hands-on experience with:

Security roles, permission lists, user profiles

Dynamic groups and query security

Query Access Manager

Experience with PeopleSoft reporting tools:

PS Query, nVision, Crystal Reports, BI Publisher

Knowledge of:

Single Sign-On (SSO)

LDAP / Active Directory integration

Experience in PeopleSoft upgrades, retrofitting, and compare reports

Strong troubleshooting skills in workflows and interfaces

Familiarity with security audit processes
