We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and tenants, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience through timely communication and problem resolution. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our service standards and upholding our commitment to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

• Resolve service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and providing effective solutions

• Maintain customer records by updating account information

• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer needs efficiently

• Process service requests, work orders, and follow-ups

• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately

• Support leasing and property management teams as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service or administrative role
