OVERVIEW:
The Account Representative is the front line of the Acquisitions Team and usually the first contact our customers have with our agency, setting the tone for the relationship going forward. They are responsible for representing our products and services to potential customers in a way that makes it easy for them to choose us as their agency.

The Account Representative drives the organization forward by engaging with potential customers to address their immediate insurance or financial services needs, uncover additional ways to provide value, present product and service solutions that are logical and relatable, and win the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
