We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Acquisitions Manager to join our growing real estate wholesaling team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and securing real estate investment opportunities that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with the acquisitions team to negotiate deals, analyze market data, and build relationships with property owners and real estate agents. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry, with room for growth and professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify potential investment properties through research, cold calling, direct mail, and networking.
- Market Research & Analysis:
Analyze property values, market trends, and perform due diligence to support acquisitions.
- Negotiation & Acquisition:
Negotiate purchase prices, present offers, and ensure contracts meet legal and company standards.
- Relationship Management:
Build and maintain a network of agents, property owners, and wholesalers for deal flow.
- Transaction Coordination:
Coordinate the transaction process from offer acceptance to closing with the acquisitions and legal teams.
- Reporting & Data Management
Track acquisition pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field preferred (but not required).
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate, sales, or related field (experience in real estate wholesaling or acquisitions a plus).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess property values and market trends.
- Ability to manage multiple deals and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
