Inside Sales Representative

ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Inside Sales Representatives are focused on building incredible experiences for our customers. We demonstrate a genuine interest in how Milestone can help meet their home needs. ISRs develop a strong awareness of Milestone services that enable them to introduce customers to solutions we can provide. ISRs can present options to customers to make their experience seamless and convenient.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
- Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
- Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
- Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
- Handle incoming customer calls transferred to sales
- Make outbound calls to lead lists provided by Sales Team Leader
- Educate and earn the customers’ trust
- Resolve customers’ concerns
- Possess strong character and values
- Work effectively with the team
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelors or Progressive working history
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Likes working in a performance-based role where your income is a direct impact of your work ethic
- Likes attaining and meeting sales goals
- Enjoys a team atmosphere
