Plumbing Detailer
We are a large growing Plumbing contractor in Dallas that works on many of Texas’s biggest and best Plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits. We are planning to hire Texas’s best and brightest Plumbing Detailer’s in the near future.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve issues.
- Assist the Senior Lead BIM Coordinator.
- Generate, Manage, and log: RFI’s, submittal’s, and drawings.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Spoolers, Foreman on active project.
- Review: Contract documents, local code requirements, and construction drawings.
- Report and Communicate with Clients, Building Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Vendors to insure work is completed accurately and on time.
Requirements:
- Local to Texas
- Stable work history.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience as Plumbing Detailing, Apprentice, Journeyman, and Foreman.
- Knowledge required: Texas Mechanical and Plumbing Codes/ASPE, and industry standards
- Computer skills with: AutoCAD, Autodesk, Revit, BlueBeam, Naviswork, and Microsoft word/Excel.
