Front Desk Admin
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to manage the front desk operations at our consulting firm. This position is crucial in providing an excellent first impression and ensuring smooth administrative procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors upon arrival.
- Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with invoicing and billing processes.
- Collaborate with other staff members to support daily operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or front desk position.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Previous experience in the consulting industry.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
