Are you excited about this Community Manager job?As a Full Time Community Manager at Zen Living Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the property, focusing on leasing, resident relations, and property maintenance. You will manage and train onsite staff to ensure they meet performance goals, driving occupancy and retention rates through exceptional customer service and active community engagement. Your role will require strict adherence to company policies, budget management, and maintaining property standards. Additionally, you will monitor financial performance, including rent collection, reporting, and expense control, while conducting regular property inspections to uphold curb appeal and operational excellence. This multifaceted position not only enables you to enhance the community environment but also empowers you to lead a dedicated team toward achieving shared success.
What we're looking for in a Community ManagerTo excel as a Full Time Community Manager at Zen Living Management, candidates must possess a blend of essential skills and experience. Previous property management experience is required, particularly in luxury or multifamily settings, to ensure a strong understanding of industry standards. Successful applicants will demonstrate strong leadership and organizational capabilities, paired with exceptional communication skills to foster positive resident relations. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite is critical for efficient operations and reporting. A solid understanding of Fair Housing Laws and leasing practices is necessary to ensure compliance and best practices.
Additionally, candidates must exhibit the ability to problem-solve, multitask effectively, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment, adapting to the evolving needs of the community while maintaining high operational excellence.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Previous property management experience required (luxury/multifamily experience preferred).
