- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Completion of Emergency Medicine residency training
- Board certification or board eligibility in Emergency Medicine
- Non-ABEM certified candidates will be considered
- Current or eligible for state medical licensure
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
