HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - McAllen, TX
HMD Trucking is actively hiring experienced OTR Solo CDL A Drivers to run HAZMAT freight nationwide.
What We Provide:
- Competitive mileage pay starting at 60 CPM, plus an additional 4 CPM for hazmat loads.
- Average weekly mileage of around 2,500 miles.
- Bonuses for maintaining safe driving and clean inspections, as well as driver referrals.
- Modern trucks that are less than 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every three weeks.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
