General Manager

Advantage Pro Services is a growing home services company in Houston (pressure washing, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning). We are hiring a hands-on General Manager to own daily operations, develop a high-performing crew, and help us scale.

This is a role for someone who already knows this industry. You have run field crews and you know what it takes to deliver quality work at customers' homes, day after day, in every kind of weather. You like being close to the work, not behind a desk. You will make real decisions, see results fast, and have a direct line to ownership. If you have run a home services or field services operation and you know how to hit numbers while keeping customers and crews happy, this is for you.

What you will own

• Daily operations across scheduling, dispatch, routing, and job production
• Crew performance: hiring, training, coaching, and holding people accountable
• Key numbers: revenue, profitability, close rates, and quality scores
• Customer experience from first call to completed job
• Quality control on work performed off-site, at customers' homes
• Process and systems improvements that make the business run tighter as it grows
• Fast resolution of the operational problems that come up in a field business
• Execution of ownership's growth plans

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience managing crews or field operations in a home services or field services business (pressure washing, cleaning, HVAC, landscaping, pest control, plumbing, or similar). This is required.
• A track record of managing people and holding a standard in the field
• Comfort reading and driving numbers (KPIs, revenue, margins)
• Experience managing quality and productivity for work done off-site
• Strong communication and problem solving under pressure
• Organized, proactive, and dependable
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Base salary of $75,000 to $120,000 depending on experience

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
