Sales with Technical Expertise (General Chromatographic)
To work out of our main office in Houston, Texas
Position summaryWe are looking for a motivated sales person with experience in chromatography and/or analytical instrumentation to travel to our customers and help them find solutions using our products.
Essential functions
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Find and develop new customers
- Be the liason between the customer and VICI engineers, communicating to engineering the customers' needs and expectations
- Determine a visitation schedule for customers and potential customers and make sure that each customer is regularly visited by you or another member of the sales team
The ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- B.S. degree or 7+ years relevant experience (scientific or industry)
- Outgoing personality and strong self-motivation
- Working command of the English language (read, write, and speak)
- Flexibility for frequent travel
