Associate Compliance Program Manager (Legal)
- Coordinate materials and efforts for complex and high-risk compliance investigations, including exhibit binders, interviews with witnesses/subjects, and external counsel or expert coordination.
- Support government and regulatory inquiries related to ongoing compliance matters.
- Manage the full vendor lifecycle process, including contract coordination, invoice submission, tracking spend, and ensuring timely payment in accordance with institutional and state guidelines.
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to investigative attorneys.
- Serve as a liaison between institutional offices, leadership, UTS, and other stakeholders.
- Act as a central point of coordination for program stakeholders, facilitating meetings, resolving issues, and supporting program execution.
- Coordinate stakeholder activities to support implementation and administration of program objectives.
- Develop, edit, and manage program-related materials and documentation.
- Support specialized programmatic activities aligned with compliance initiatives.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- Monitor department financial activity using institutional systems (e.g., OBIEE).
- Track, reconcile, and report on departmental expenses and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process expense reports and reimbursements, ensuring timely submission and proper documentation through systems such as Concur.
- Provide accounting support including ProCard purchases, reconciliations, purchase orders (PeopleSoft), invoice review, and expense tracking.
- Support financial-related special projects and additional duties as needed.
- Serve as a primary communication contact for department leadership.
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling for department leaders, including coordinating conferences, trainings, and events.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Plan and coordinate special events, meetings, and departmental activities.
- Analyze and evaluate program operations and recommend improvements where appropriate.
- Maintain and manage highly confidential information related to legal, regulatory, and personnel matters with the highest level of discretion.
- Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Required: 5 years Experience in project or program coordination, including administrative support to senior leadership or executive-level positions. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one-to-one basis.
