Director of First Impressions / Accounts Payable Clerk
Hi-Line, America’s Mobile Industrial Hardware Store, has been thriving since 1959. Headquartered in Farmers Branch, Texas, on the Northside of Dallas, we provide timely access to over 100K quality industrial after-market products through our nationwide mobile industrial hardware stores. “We bring the store and the service to you.”
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma, Associate’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of relevant accounting experience preferred
- Microsoft Office and accounting systems knowledge
- Must be punctual, dependable, and have reliable attendance
- Must have attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Must have accurate data entry
- Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks
- Able to communicate effectively and work in a team-focused environment
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Core Responsibilities:
- Process invoices
- Audit Expense Reports
- Coordinate check runs and disburses payments
- Solve problems in collaboration with Receiving and Purchasing departments
- Use independent judgment throughout the accounts payable process
- Handle incoming calls and route calls appropriately
- Welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Work Hours: 8 am-5 pm Monday – Friday.
