Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to generate meaningful insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for different departments using data visualization tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast business outcomes and optimize strategies.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing data validation and quality checks.
• Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and database management.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience with statistical analysis software such as R or Python (including libraries like pandas, numpy, and scikit-learn).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
