📝 Job Responsibilities:

• Educate and assist seniors in selecting the best Medicare Advantage, Supplement, Final Expense, and Prescription Drug Plans .
• Conduct both field and call center sales appointments to meet client needs.
• Follow up with leads provided and guide clients through the enrollment process.
• Maintain compliance with CMS regulations and company policies.
• Build relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support.

📌 Qualifications:

✔ Active Health & Life Insurance License (Required)
✔ Medicare Sales Experience (Preferred, but not required)
✔ Ability to work in a hybrid environment (both field & call center duties).
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
✔ A passion for helping seniors navigate their healthcare options.
