Noren is an established company and recognized industry leading supplier of Engineered Heat Transfer Technology and Cabinet Cooling Systems.

Essential job duties include:

• Piece together different types of raw and manufactured products into final finished parts.
• Use written and verbal instructions to learn how to assemble products. Use hands or machines to complete projects.
  
• May perform wiring and soldering in the assembly of electrical components.
• Work at different work stations as production needs require.
• Meet or exceed all team production goals on a consistent basis.
• Maintain and support the Companys ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System procedures and documentation.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.

Experience and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Understand measurements in inches and millimeters.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs frequently and occasionally 50lbs with assistance if needed.
• Be able to stand for extended periods throughout their shift.
• Able to read, write, and speak English and follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
• Experience using Microsoft WORD and EXCEL, even better if you have experience with an ERP
• Experience with wiring and soldering electrical components is a plus
• Experience driving a Forklift is a plus but not required.
  
• Experience brazing or welding is a plus but not required.
  

This is a full time, non-exempt position. After successfully completing the introductory period, the company provides medical benefits, paid holidays, accrued PTO, company outings, company wide food events and a 401(k) is available.
