Location : Pasadena and surrounding areas

Schedule: Evenings / Nights / Weekends (based on branch needs)
Compensation: Competitive on-call pay + visit pay + mileage reimbursement

This role is ideal for an RN who is calm under pressure, works well independently, and values meaningful patient care. Hospice on-call nursing allows you to make a real difference after hours while being supported by an experienced clinical team.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to after-hours patient and family calls with professionalism and compassion
• Triage clinical concerns and determine appropriate interventions
• Make urgent visits as needed in patients’ homes or facilities
• Provide symptom management and end-of-life nursing support
• Coordinate with physicians, case managers, and the interdisciplinary hospice team
• Complete timely documentation using the EMR system
• Ensure patients and families feel supported, informed, and cared for after hours

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Texas RN license
• Hospice, home health, ER, ICU, or acute care experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Compassionate communication skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Current CPR/BLS certification
